pbpc-automations (“the Service”) is operated by PBPC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service exports media from your connected source (Snappic) and uploads it to cloud destinations you connect, at your direction. You are responsible for the accounts and content you connect and for having the right to copy and store that content.
Your accounts and credentials
You authorise the Service to access your connected source and destination accounts on your behalf using the credentials and tokens you provide. You may disconnect any account at any time. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to access content you do not own or have permission to handle, to violate any third-party service's terms (including Snappic, Google, Dropbox, SmugMug, or Darkroom), or for any unlawful purpose.
Availability and data
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Media is processed on a pass-through basis and is not permanently retained by us (see the Privacy Policy). We are not a backup service; keep your own copies of important media.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PBPC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
